Before I made the switch to 'the other side of the table' in 2015, I was trained as a strategy consultant and then as a headhunter, but also as a manager of professionals. My portfolio was always diversely spread across different sectors and functions and my clients appreciated my involvement and objectivity. I was always looking for where I really felt at home.

20 years of recruitment and executive search
Â
10 years of strategy consulting
In the first 10 years of my working life, I worked as a management consultant. More than 3 years at what is now Accenture and almost 7 years at Horringa & de Koning, which became the Dutch office of The Boston Consulting Group halfway through my time there.
I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in Leiden and a combined MBA/Master's degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Michigan.
In addition, in 2010 I completed the MMS (ICF certified) coach training and in 2015 the training for systemic coach at the Bert Hellinger Institute.
Furthermore, over the years I have completed various personal development programs at ITIP and have been part of the same intervision group since 2001, which we are very proud of.
I am with heart and soul a husband and (grand)father, loyal friend, newbie 'Texelaar', amateur yogi and experienced novice guitarist.
