Experience

Before I made the switch to 'the other side of the table' in 2015, I was trained as a strategy consultant and then as a headhunter, but also as a manager of professionals. My portfolio was always diversely spread across different sectors and functions and my clients appreciated my involvement and objectivity. I was always looking for where I really felt at home.

20 years of recruitment and executive search

• Most recently as associate partner at Holtrop Ravesloot, where I focused on filling executive positions in a wide range of sectors from 2010 to 2014.
• From 2003 to 2009 I was active as (co)founder and partner at the SHIKAR Group, where we developed and rolled out a new concept in executive search in a Northwest European context.
• Before that, I worked successively at Boyden (consultant), Korn Ferry (partner) and Futurestep (managing director Nordic/Benelux).

10 years of strategy consulting

In the first 10 years of my working life, I worked as a management consultant. More than 3 years at what is now Accenture and almost 7 years at Horringa & de Koning, which became the Dutch office of The Boston Consulting Group halfway through my time there.
