Onboarding development: right from the start

An individual program for experienced managers and professionals about half way through their career. Who definitely want to make a success of their (new) role by actively developing their environment and themselves.

In doing so, we 'spin' on two sides in parallel.

  • Success in your role: strengthens your focus on your goals, your stakeholder management and on dealing effectively with the pressures this position brings.
  • Self awareness: creates insight into and addresses where you are (less) strong and get energy from, so that you continue to develop yourself personally, even under pressure, now and in the future.

This is my way of doing everything possible to ensure your success, especially when you are facing new challenges and the pressure is high.

You have come a long way. You have a management position in company or are partner in a firm. And you are on the verge of an exciting next step that really takes you out of your comfort zone.

Schematically: the complete program looks as follows, which can be further customized in a modular way.

Financial: I charge a fixed all-in fee for the entire program or a pro-rata portion thereof, with a minimum of €4,000.
