Why?

People who are in their place you see shine, grow and use their power to the fullest. The effect this has on their work and on the people around them - that is, on the world - is magical.

At the same time, we want to take care of ourselves, our talents and our bodies. The more consciously we take care of them, the longer and more effectively we can use them. And the more value we can add in the work we do.

I am proud of the contribution I make to this every day in my work. And happy that in this work everything I have learned comes together with who I am.

That is why I advise and guide 'people with impact', in reinventing their careers and themselves, so that it fits again and again.

Who am I

I am a career strategist and guide, with a background as a strategy consultant and headhunter.

My clients appreciate my personal approach, structured process, in-depth analysis and concrete results. They feel they are 'in good hands' with me.

I look at the big picture, I am sharp but also gentle, and I combine reason with feeling. I love my craft.

What I do

Sustainable careers alternately require the right choices and successful execution. Therefore, after a no-obligation orientation, I offer roughly two programs:

  • Career strategy: To develop or adapt a personal career strategy for the coming years. So that one continues to choose for what really fits.
  • Onboarding development: Combines onboarding and personal development in one process. Allowing someone - especially in a new job - to be succesful faster ... and sustain it.

These programs are often followed up (over time) with a less intensive form of support or 'maintenance.'

For whom

I work with people who have impact: often experienced managers and professionals, from around the middle of their careers onwards.

My client base is diverse: a mix of cultures and backgrounds, from primarily local to very internationally operating in a variety of industries and functions.

My clients are open and curious about themselves and about ways to continue to grow consciously. In doing so, they become 'master of their own destiny'.

My experience

As a career strategist and guide for the past 10 years, I have focused entirely on creating sustainable careers at the top of the job market. During that time, I served nearly 200 individual clients: a healthy mix of men and women, backgrounds and cultures, and more and less international careers. Many of my clients are between the ages of 40 and 50, but I enjoy working just as much with people who are slightly younger or older.

From personal perspective

'I am doing well, but increasingly asking myself: is this it? How to make sure I keep doing what I call work as long, as happy, as successful and as meaningful as possible?'

Career strategy

'Suddenly all my career options became clear automatically'

An individual program that makes you aware of your strengths and weaknesses and what makes you happy. To help you choose what really suits you and how to stay happy and successful in your work.

Onboarding development

'I feel much more aware and competent than a year ago!'

An individual program that helps you boost both your short-term business success and your longer-term personal development. Especially when the pressure is highest, such as in a new job that really demands something different from you.

From organization perspective

'How do we ensure that our most important people (continue to) thrive? By not only helping them to succeed and develop themselves, but also to take control of their careers!'

Career strategy

'This is how we make our people 'master of their own destiny''

An individual program that makes people aware of their talents, pitfalls and passions. To help them choose what really suits them from there and make them happier and more successful, inside or outside the organization.

Onboarding development

'Everyone deserves such a flying start, actually'

An individual program that allows people to be successful immediately and stimulates their personal development. Exactly what they need in a new role in a strategic position, where the pressure and the cost of failure are high.
